What is this website all about?
The website is about improving the knowledge of retailers and installers regarding the TMV schemes generally and how Intatec's products can help.
Who runs the website?
The website is owned and run by Intatec. We are specialists in satisfying the growing demand for safety, quality and superb design in bathrooms and washrooms. Our range of anti-scald TMV2, TMV3 and WRAS certified products are designed specifically for homes, hospitals, care homes and leisure centres. In fact, you can use them with confidence anywhere there’s a washroom or bathroom.

What do you do with my details?
We take your privacy very seriously. We will not pass your details to any third parties outside of the Intatec group of companies. We may use your details for the purposes of direct marketing via email, telephone or post. If you would prefer not to receive such communications from us, please contact us and we'll take care of it.
What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
You can reset your password by visiting this page and entering the email address you used when signing up. You will be sent a link to your email address that can be used to reset your password.
Who do I speak to if I think one of the answers is wrong?
Whilst all reasonable care has been taken in compiling the questions and answers, it is possible that an incorrect answer may have slipped through the net. Drop us a note, with details of the question, what we said was the correct answer and what you think the correct answer is, and we'll look into it.
What does my certificate entitle me to do?
We thought it would be fun to reward those people who have completed all the modules with a keepsake. The certificate does not hold any legal weight and you should always make sure that you are suitably qualified to undertake any particular work and that you comply with legislation in doing so.
What can I do when I've completed all the modules?
We plan on updating all the questions on a quarterly basis. When we do, we will give notice of this as all your results will be reset. We hope that this will encourage continuous learning and development. Please also feel free to browse the available resources on the site which provide a wealth of information on Intatec's products.
What are the minimum requirements for viewing this website?
You will need a modern browser to view this website. We recommend using Firefox although it will work with Internet Explorer version 6 and above. It has also been tested in Safari. You do not need Javascript enabled although you will have a better experience if you do.
